At the Novotel for a training course. Staff were very helpful at all times. Nothing was any trouble for them and really helped enhance the whole experience.

Hotel is nice room comfortable. Had Tea at the Restaurant very busy waited nearly an Hour for food but the Waitress was lovely

Nice hotel close to Stansted Airport. There's a shuttle bus at the Airport Coach Station, leaving every 30 minutes. It cost 4 £ per person. The rooms are big and we'll equipped. Maybe they could offer a little bit more in terms of free accessories, like toothbrush, shower caps, etc... The beds are very comfortable. Also the dinner experience is nice. The hotel offers a range of choices and the service is very welcoming and warm. Good breakfast

From our greeting by Mia on reception which was friendly, helpful, informative, nothing was too much trouble to the warm welcome in the bar from Karis and Lucy, we were made to very welcome & the staff all friendly. Would recommend
