Had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Novotel Stanstead for 4 months. The staff are fantastic and made me feel very welcome. I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere where the staff go above and beyond so consistently and always with a smile.

Otis Greeted us with delight really helpful and pleasant got us in holiday mode fast, lovely atmosphere, family friendly with a fun activities for children, lovely spacious family room, food is delicious, great customer service from the moment we walked in!

Novotel graciously invited the members of Age Concern Bishop’s Stortford to their hotel, generously hosting and covering the cost of a delightful Christmas meal. The staff were truly amazing—from their excellent communication leading up to the event, to their attention to detail and the genuine kindness they displayed throughout the day. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making this occasion so special!

I just want to start off by saying as soon as I arrive into the car park there’s a good variety of space and spots as I stay here for work down in London every week. The staff Otis and Sylwia are incredibly friendly and are always happy and jolly to see me as a returning customer week in week out. They are extremely helpful and guide me into the right direction if I struggle to find my right room and show me where the gym is and the restaurant and bar.
