abdul and emmanuel and Uforma are so amazing Thanks guys I had a lovely experince here with my friends I will recommend this hotel over again Best Thank you thank you thank you x x x x x So welcoming and make sure you feel welcome every visit so I recommend you go to Harlow hotel

Sleepless night poor quality breakfast

Have stayed at your hotel in harlow a few times but this time it was awful the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was unbelievably bad the eggs were rock hard the bacon was so hard you could have knocked someone out with it the sausages were burnt and the beans were just mush. The pots of conserve have now been changed to a dispenser, we will not be staying here again which is a shame because we used to enjoy it here our stay was on 20th December room 121

We headed down to do a spot of xmas shopping and got a great deal on Groupon to stay here. Lovely staff very friendly Clean rooms Quite and peaceful Free parking and WiFi all you need and very close to shopping centre to do your last bit of Xmas shop And the food was very good Would stay again for sure.

We booked this hotel for our Christmas Do and we were all excited. We attended Friday 6th Dec 2025. What a bitter disappointment, The meal was supposed to be served at 7:30. It was served an hour later, but not to everyone on our table, some meals were cold, there was not enough cutlery I had to reuse my starter cutlery for my main meal . We didn’t finish our dinner till 10pm! I wouldn’t bother ever going back!

omg went tonight for christmas party night , shocking waiting staff. nice but service from kitchen terrible. , we thought we was at faulty towers , a couple of dinners served then half hour wait for two more then the same again. , evrything came in bit by bit , no drink service at table ,i ordered veggie meal to be told hadnt got any , no knives and folks on table then ordered sweet to be told hadnt got what we ordered. no i would not recommend or ever go back
