The service was very good from the moment we walked in. The food was really good and Lucy our server was very friendly and helpful. A great start to our holiday.

Receptionist very knowledgeable and friendly. Friendly staff in the restaurant, James and Chris were excellent 👌 Rooms decent and good night sleep for our next day journey.

At the Novotel for a training course. Staff were very helpful at all times. Nothing was any trouble for them and really helped enhance the whole experience.

Hotel is nice room comfortable. Had Tea at the Restaurant very busy waited nearly an Hour for food but the Waitress was lovely

Nice hotel close to Stansted Airport. There's a shuttle bus at the Airport Coach Station, leaving every 30 minutes. It cost 4 £ per person. The rooms are big and we'll equipped. Maybe they could offer a little bit more in terms of free accessories, like toothbrush, shower caps, etc... The beds are very comfortable. Also the dinner experience is nice. The hotel offers a range of choices and the service is very welcoming and warm. Good breakfast
