I have been in the hotel and Svetla was one of the personnel in the hotel she was a very helpful and positive woman with a nice personality I'm happy to see the staff like this nowadays days not many people like Svetla. I will be back at the hotel and hope Svetla will be in the hotel too as I do appreciate being served by people like her

Modern hotel in the centre of Bedford. Excellent facilities. Car parking available, but the Carpark adjacent was too small and we had to park elsewhere but within walking distance. The room was comfortable. The only problem is the shower. It is a fixed overhead shower, which we found unsuitable. They should install a handheld shower as an optional choice. The water pressure was low and the water barely warm.
