A great compliment for Naz! During a dinner with a group of 30 people he noticed that I didn’t take the first and last course. The rest of the group liked these so the issue was NOT the quality of the food but my personal taste (resulting from an early-life illness). Since we used an agreed menu there was no obligation to provide an alternative but nevertheless Naz did so. And he did so in a splendid way. I had an excellent dinner!!

I was kept awake until the early hours by neighbours talking

A few iissues with breakfast not enough staff and having to ask for more items like brown bread etc and being told their isn’t any left .Also being told different information when asking staff they didn’t all seem to be on the same page .

Excellent breakfast unless the broken toaster was A. problem. The door equipment for our room was faulty as was the ceiling light above it. Pleasant staff and feedback was exceptionally well appreciated by them. Overall the problems did not spoil our experience of the hotel and we would use it again.
