The lack of light in the room is a problem. It is very dark. We have stayed at 21C many times but this time the front desk staff were too busy to say good morning or anything at all. It was not a friendly vibe.

Stayed for a concert at the Center for the Arts, walked to and from in blowing snow, drinks and appetizers before and after in 21C’s spectacular bar. Cozy room in an art filled, first class hotel.

We love visiting the 21c Museum Hotel in our city, and realizing Louisville was the flagship was a pleasant surprise. There are so many cute photo moments (especially while you wait on the elevator), and we gladly accepted our angel envy vouchers provided every evening. Lastly, the rooms are nice and spacious. Costumer is great. I asked for certain pillows and they were prepped when we arrived! Staff is friendly - we will be back!

The hotel is nice but overpriced. The room was relatively small. The art, decor and employees set a homosexual vibe and even gave an occult-ish feel.
