We stayed at 21c for our wedding weekend. Leading up to the weekend, Andrew and his team were fabulous to work with to ensure our hotel block was taken care of. Our guests were so impressed with the hotel and throughly enjoyed their stay. We had a lot of guests that had not been to Kentucky before and 21c definitely played a huge role in their wonderful visit. All the stay were so friendly especially the gentlemen that assisted with the valet at the entrance. We had lots of bags/items that we had to load and unload all weekend and they were always a HUGE help!! I can’t thank you all enough for playing a big part in such a special weekend!

The staff couldn't have been more friendly, from the young man at the entrance (he always had a smile every time we came back to the hotel), Anya at the front desk and the bartenders.

We have been staying at 21C Louisville a couple of times a year since it first opened. While it has always been a special experience, our most recent visit exceeded our expectations in every way. From the courteous and considerate front desk staff, who accommodated our upgrade request, to the accommodations, which were stunning in every way, to the libations in the bar, the food served at the event we were attending and the knowledgeable valet, who brought us our car with some words of advice on the condition of our vehicle. Our stay was in every way, an absolute knockout. We had the opportunity to share the experience with our children and their friends. Everyone was so impressed. We will definitely be back.
