While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation and you have appreciated the cleanliness standard, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 70 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I also noticed from your comment that you found the room in need of an upgrade and experienced some shortcoming with the room assignment facing the construction building. I fully empathize with your feelings and allow me to transparently share that we are currently upgrading our guestrooms with in-room facilities and more to further enhance our guest's experience. バンコクでゆったりとした敷地に緑のあるリゾート感のあるホテルは貴重！ 駅からは少し距離がありますが、センセーブ運河のすぐ近くにあるので、ボートをフル活用して快適に移動できました。 朝食もとても良かった。ここに泊まるなら朝食付きをおすすめします。オーダーで作ってもらうフレッシュジュースやチーズやハム、フムスが美味しかった。 お部屋はゴールドメンバー特典でアップグレーしていただきました。1人でもったいないですが、ウェルネススイートに！センセーブ運河ビューも嬉しいです。 ウォシュレット付きトイレは便座もホカホカでした。 ターンダーンサービスも良かったです。 一つ難点を言うと、チェックインの時いつもアコー 系はインフォメーションの紙をもらうけど今回なかったこと(忘れただけ？) 朝食の時間や場所、ネットのパスワード、ウェルカムドリンクチケットを使える場所、チェックアウトの時間確認など、その都度フロント聞くのがちょっと面倒だった。 初めてモーベンピックに泊まりましたが気に入ったので、次回のバンコクもまた滞在したいです。
