May I thank you for selecting Movenpick BDMS Bangkok Hotel on this occasion and for taking the time to share your experience. As I have recently joined the hotel, I genuinely welcome your feedback as this helps me to reflect on our current service standard and look at ways to further improve the guest's experience and enhance your future stays. However, I understand from your comment that your recent stay was not to your expectations, and you were unhappy with your arrival experience, with the room arrangement, with the lack of information and communication from our team and with your departure experience. At the onset of this email, please accept my unreserved apologies for the poor impression created upon your arrival and stay on this occasion. This is certainly not the type of experience I would like us to provide to you nor to any guests and it is most unfortunate that we had you leave our doors dissatisfied on your last visit. While I honestly do not have any excuse for the service shortfall experienced, rest assured that I will personally review these issues with our Front Office Manager as this is in stark contrast with the genuine, friendly and welcoming service training we are providing to our team. Additionally, as we have a number of newcomers, we have re-enforced the product knowledge trainings to ensure our team is able to confidently convey the information about the hotel facilities and services to our guests without any concerns. Nevertheless, following your feedback, I acknowledge that there is still more improvement to make, and we will ensure to provide further coaching and supervision to our receptionist team to streamline the communication and avoid such reoccurrence in the future. While I may not be able to take away your negative feeling from your last visit, I trust this will bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matters to me. In spite of your disappointment and the service shortfall, I sincerely hope to welcome you again at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok and have the opportunity to remedy the poor impression left from your last visit and ensure a more pleasant and enjoyable time on your next ones.
