We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location, though we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. With regard to the deposit, please note that a THB 500 per night deposit is part of our standard hotel policy and applies to all guests, including ALL members. Most Accor hotels and brands in Thailand follow the same practice. This is a pre-authorization to cover in-house services such as food and beverage or laundry charges, which guests may choose to sign to their room or incidental expenses. While we release the deposit immediately upon check-out, the actual refund processing time depends on the guest’s bank or credit card provider and may take up to 4–6 weeks to reflect. For cash deposits, the refund is returned in full upon departure. As for the room condition, ibis is an economy brand designed to provide simple comfort and value. We acknowledge your comments about the room’s age and cleanliness, and we will continue working closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to further improve our standards.
