Stayed in Executive suite as family of 4 in July 2024. Overall was located in a great area, within walking distance to multiple dining, shopping centre and market options. Hotel was modern, clean and well appointed. The only fault I had was we were charged for an extra bed as there was only a queen bed and single sofa bed, yet room advertised sleeping 4 people? The extra cost is largely irrelevant, it is the principle of deceiving guests with inaccurate information. When I queried with reception, their explanation was that they expect 3 people to sleep in the 1 queen bed? I don’t understand how the room can clearly state that it is for 4 people yet only have beds for 3? In my opinion, the description is deceptive and should state that the room is designed to sleep 3. If we had of known, we would have booked 2 seperate interconnecting rooms or a larger room to accomodate 4 of us. Our expectation was that there would be a queen bed and double sofa bed to accomodate 4 people. The matter was brushed off by reception who seemed somewhat surprised that I expected beds to match the number of gusts staying in the room. Rather than argue about a few hundred dollars, I had to accept it or expect one of my children to sleep on the floor. Overall tarnished the whole experience staying in the hotel.

We are traveling as couples here and stayed for 4 nights for the forsy time. This is a prime location and it is very convenient for us to get to everywhere. Id recommend travellers to come here if you are shopping lover. Another thing, receptionists here are bery helpful, friendly and warm welcome especially Pleng Anya Affan Taew are very beautiful and kidn to me. They even offered me late C/O when i asked as i have late C/O. We will definitely come here again!!

Best house keeper May always smiling and very accommodating highly reccoamaded we stayed in this amazing hotel and we will surely come again . I love it at the hotel and will. Recommend all my friends to stay at this hotel . I love the room it nice and very comfortable and everything about this hotel is very good.

The location is simply the best for shopping with all major malls within walking distance. The Breakfast Buffet was delicious 😋. We chose an Executive King Room we had top floor room with pretty good views plus the added benefits of the Executive Lounge access. The Lounge was a lovely venue to enjoy a complimentary drink and snack at the end of the day. The staff at the hotel were wonderful 👍😁 special mention to Dino + Racy two delightful young ladies serving their internship there. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning.
