Nice hotel and great staff but an average experience this time.

As with previous visits to this hotel, the staff were tremendous. This includes the Novatel staff as well. I enjoyed the restaurant food and drinks along with the Red Square rooftop bar. There were two things that I was disappointed with , one which the hotel could not do anything about and the other which they could. 1. I had a high floor room which faced Soi4, the noise from the bars and live music was not really acceptable as it continued to 5am. I always carry ear plugs when travelling so the noise did not stop me from sleeping. I did not ask to change rooms but if there is a next time I will ask for a room which faces away from Soi 4. 2. When I checked out, I informed the front desk that I was moving to a hotel 10 minutes down the Soi and as I was feeling ill, I asked for the courtesy bus to take me (which was outside the hotel). I was told I would have to wait for 15-20 minutes until the next time the bus was available. I decided to walk to the Ibis. The staff at the Ibis also questioned why the courtesy bus had not given me a lift, when I told them where I had come from. This is questionable customer service and I will take this into account the next time I am deciding where to stay in Bangkok. I will probably stay at the Mercure Soi 11 instead. I have had no problems asking for the courtesy bus with the Mercure.

Room was clean, tidy and great AC. Nice and quiet even through busy street. 7-11 across the road is a bonus! Staff were AMAZING. Melbourne and Sona at the front desk got us checked in early after being heavily jetlagged on a long flight. Couldn't thank them enough. Definitely worth the stay. Would stay again.

We stay 3 nights in june 2024 while holidaying in Thailand. Great Location, Great Staff, Tandy was extremely helpful with our stay, exceed all our expectations. Closer to all central area. Would love to come back when visiting bangkok again.

Whenever I come to Bangkok, I live in this hotel at a good price, a clean room, a loud and fun street at night and close to the places I prefer, and I thank the staff tandy & melbourne for their good reception and assistance to me with everything..

Superb stay in this Bangkok central Area!

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I had a great time. Location is convenient if you want to be in the heart of the action but can be overwhelming. Nana BTS is 5 mns walk, so if you’re like me and like shopping in Bangkok, this is perfect. The pool is great, the rooftop bar in the evening is amazing if you love cocktails. The breakfast variety is huge, and the team was very friendly. The 2 ladies, Jarm and Kung, were really helpfull and anticipated my needs by ordering a couple of eggs sunny side up with bacon and beans that wasn’t on the buffet. Well done and great service!
