Beautiful hotel, great view from the top floor swimming pool but the most amazing of all was the customer service we received from Melbourne at the front desk! We booked this hotel initially for one night but we will cancel all other reservations to stay here for the rest of our trip.

Perfect location, professional curious staff, well managed, with well appreciated guest amenities. Breakfast offering could be more normal, odd items every day same weird breakfast menu. Lots of food wastage. You can see the food is going straight to the crew cafeteria, after service, curry for westerners not a breakfast item. Breakfast used to be exciting and it’s not hard to get wrong.

Great hotel with good and timely service, good breakfast spread and great location. They recognise the loyalty status and services are provided accordingly. The hotel shares the property with Novotel he ce you get access to rooftop bar and pool which is pretty good.

The front desk staff named Mint offered me excellent service that can hardly find from any other hotels easy. She is excellent and her smiling face is an asset at the front. She really impressed me and for quite some time I have not met someone as good as her.. She gone out her ways to give the best she can and she enjoys doing it. It seems that her interest in serving is in her blood. Nowadays, it is hard to meet some service staff and enjoy so much serving the others. Definitely, she is the star at the front office!

Good location

The room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The location is close to the BTS Nana, but also to the nightlife. We have been staying at this hotel for a long time and this was the first time we heard the music from the bars until 02:00 - 03:00. This should be taken into consideration. But the rest of the hotel is great. Great rooftop pool (with slightly fewer sunbeds). The service and friendliness at reception and breakfast are great.
