I don’t have enough words to express how pleased I was with this hotel. I stayed there with my parents for 15 days. I celebrated my birthday with all the staff in the breakfast room; they offered me a delicious cake. The new year was well celebrated on top of the hotel, with a good DJ and good drinks, with the best view possible. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone in this life. They are generous, available, and very helpful. Big shout out to the general manager M. Rafael and Ms. Nancy for helping us with my parents for everything and being very attentive to us to have the best stay possible. Thank you to all the staff too for your outstanding work especially my friend M.May. I would come back asap with friends or family again.

This is more than a hotel; it is my home away from home. Since it was built, the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 has been my favourite Thai hotel, serving as my hub for travel across the world, mostly Asia, for years. I travel to Bangkok every month, and from the moment I exit the airport with their friendly pick-up service until I am dropped off at the end of each trip, I am perfectly taken care of. The entire hotel staff deserves a ten-star rating for their exceptional care and customer service. The Unforgettable Team The management and staff are truly exceptional. A sincere appreciation goes to: • General Manager Khun Raphael. • Hotel Manager Khun Vikrant. • Room Division Manager Khun Ratna. • Front Office Manager Khun Nan (Nancy). • All duty managers and front office staff. Special mention must be made for those who start my day perfectly: • The delightful breakfast hostess, Khun Dear, and the other cheerful assistants at the Food Exchange. They are all always cheerful and skillfully manage the guests in the morning shift. Food, Service, and Concierge Excellence The food is always very good, and the kitchen team is fantastic! • Master Chef Tony leads the team who ensure the food is always amazing. • During the last month, the kitchen team went above and beyond to help me meet all my unique dietary restrictions. • The restaurant staff at the Food Exchange and the rooftop Red Square Bar, along with the housekeeping team, all deserve the same ten-star rating for their attentive, respectful, and professional service. • Concierge Khun Ray, along with the other concierge and bell boys, are always helpful in providing advice, arranging transport, organizing luggage, and offering the very useful shuttle service to the BTS. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. Words are truly insufficient to describe how well they look after me, but I look forward to enjoying their wonderful hospitality once again throughout 2025. Outdated and worn out!

Great location, worn out rooms and facilities. Not much love in this hotel despite a price of a 4 star hotel. If you look just for a room, and you are lucky to get a good rate this hotel is great. Otherwise do not expect much more. The location is obviously the best of it. Easy to get to BTS and close to everything.
