Stayed at Novotel Sukhumvit 4 with my friends. The rooms were spacious and had a beautiful backdrop. The service was excellent and prompt. The people at the reception kookit(KK) and BAM would take great care of you and ensure your stay is comfortable.

Convenient location, as hotel is around 10 mins walking distance to Nana BTS, 7-11 and Asia Herbs Massage & Spa are opposite of the hotel. Room is clean and quiet. Staffs are friendly. Special thanks to Mr Ray from Concierge for going an extra mile on recommendations of shopping mall and arranging transport for us.

The front desk staff is smiling and nice. Good service in every department The breakfast room has a variety of food. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is very nice. No matter how many times I greet you, it's always cute. I have been a guest many times and the housekeeper is always lovely and remembers me. The housekeeper's name is☺️ ตั๊กกี้ เบญจวรรณ🥰 She's so Nice, I'm impressed. And I always look forward to coming back.

Amazing hotel with standing pool view from the rooftop. Very friendly staff and perfect service. Rooms are very specious and comfortable. Lobby restaurant has great breakfast options. Overall highly recommend and very good value for the price.

The reopening after the pandemic apparently brought a lot of new, inexperienced staff. A simple check-in took forever back then. Now everything is back to how it should be. Thanks to my status, I was able to move into my room before 12 noon and check-in took 5 minutes. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The only criticism I have to mention is that it is almost impossible to find a temperature between hot and cold when showering. Perhaps the water mixer in room 2303 is calcified?
