Amazing location , great swimming pool and area and the lady who cleaned my room was pretty much the best such a good job I think she was called bum

Very amazing stay everything is nearby and the privilege rooms are very spacious Kitt and keh at the concierge are of really great help

Excellent location right in the heart of Sukhumvit area always greeted by smiles by concierge in the lobby, good breakfast buffet and comfortable stay overall.. Always well maintained rooms and cleaned daily with perfection special thank you to Tum and Wan under supervision of Toey who really take care of the needs of guests...

Nice hotel with fantastic staff

First time I've stopped here, but I think definitely not the last. The hotel itself is located in a great area, with plenty to do near by. The rooms are also very nice and spacious. However what really sets it apart are the fantastic staff. They are really friendly and helpful and deliver brilliant service. Special thanks must go to Don, Liew and Kwang from the Privilege Club (especially Liew who was so genuinely friendly). After many visits to Bangkok and stopping at various hotels in the Sukhumvit area this is now my favourite!

I have been staying here for several years now and always enjoy my stay. Housekeepers (Wen) on the 9th floor are nice and provide excellent service.
