After a canceled flight, we ended up here for one night. The hotel staff was super organized, as was the kitchen. Everyone was lovely. The rooms well organized, seems clearly after facelift, with comfy beds and big tv screen. Facilities like swimming pool- rather for children only. The only 2 things I couldn't stand was the floral smell in the hallways and the musty smell in the room!!

Our stay at Novotel Kraków City West was very pleasant and exactly what we needed ahead of an early flight the next day. Breakfast was a real highlight — good quality, well organized, and offering a nice variety to start the day right. It made the short stay feel comfortable rather than rushed. Special thanks go to Polina at the reception, who truly did her best to make us happy with what she had available. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made a real difference to our experience. Overall, a good, smooth stay and a reliable choice, especially when traveling early the following morning. We would happily stay again.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but the bus stop is right in front, which makes getting around easy. I used the hotel mainly for sleeping, so I can't comment on the pools or other amenities. The room was average—nothing special, but adequate. The same goes for the breakfast: fairly basic, nothing remarkable.

Spacious room with comfy bed, big breakfast area with great food, I loved the fresh juice maker! Big parking for buses, good connection to the city centre. Don't want write more just have not enough letters. Think I said all I wanted. And it's still not enough. 🤩

Lovely stay, complications with checkout

The hotel was lovely its self and majority of the staff were lovely except for one female manager who I couldn’t get the name off that was very disrespectful. There was a misunderstanding with the time we wanted to check out at as we would have been on the streets late at night. During speaking with two members of staff, who were lovely, there must of been a misunderstanding with AM and PM which led to a phone call during our nice day out by the manager shouting at my partner about how we was meant to be checked out even though we had agreed something different. The female manger was very rude from the start yet she did accept there was a misunderstanding, she never apologised for her shouting or rudeness and then we had to pay for an extra night due to there mistake. Other than that the bed was lovely and soft, everything was clean and modern. The facilities were also great there was a lovely pool and sauna that was a nice add on. Overall it was a lovely place stay, there just needs to be better communication within the staff.
