Nous avons passé deux jours et une nuit à Hai Phong et avons choisi cet hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la ville. L’accueil y est digne d’un cinq étoiles, avec un service attentionné et professionnel. Le personnel a pris le soin de nous remercier pour notre fidélité en tant que membres Accor — une attention rare et très appréciée. Côté équipements, l’hôtel dispose d’une très belle piscine au 5ᵉ étage, parfaitement adaptée aux jeunes enfants, ainsi que de plusieurs restaurants, dont un superbe rooftop offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était à la hauteur d’un grand restaurant : varié, copieux et délicieux, avec de quoi ravir aussi bien les adultes que les enfants. Enfin, l’hôtel est neuf, moderne et impeccablement entretenu. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil réservé aux membres Accor : sans doute le meilleur que nous ayons reçu au Vietnam !
