need to improve that - food quality - hygiene for the restaurant - seats availability or quick arrangement by staff's guide - noise a lot - staff's supports and willingness the only good thing was location.

upon arrival was told that no connecting rooms were available despite i have requested via email much earlier and was replied that my request was noted, and no mentioned that it was not available........... however, upon check-in 1030pm, front desk did not have connecting rooms, but somehow was told that the sea-view connecting rooms only left one room , as one of the rooms was given to another person who did not need it !, but another will have to be seperate room. we need this connecting rooms because we have 2 children travelling with us,..... but eventually, we were given connecting rooms (not seaview). The next day, Ms Nora called and assigned us on the same floor a pair of connecting rooms foe the next two nights. I do hope that these type of arrangements should be better informed to front desk especially for family travelling with children and needing connecting rooms

1. During check in, late check out had been requested until 2pm but my room card not updated. I not able to access lift after 12pm. 2. Room cleaning staff knocking my door ask for check out around 1:45pm, my check out time is at 2pm and don't disturb card had been hanging outside the door. Very disappointed with kind of service. 3. My welcome drinks voucher had been shown in my ALL app with redemption code but the staff still asking my status to see whether I am the platinum member? The staff not showing welcome instead of showing me a curious face... Very disappointed with your hotel service, please provide more training to your staff Hotel is good and comfortable and environment is perfect....

Always asking which room every 20mins so annoying and the way the breakfast buffet organise is not professional. Pls review your f&b manager and all the staff and teach some manners and customer service.
