The housekeeping service needs significant improvement. During my five-day stay, the towels were replaced, but the room itself was not properly cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed, and I could still see my own hair in the room throughout my stay until I checked out. Replacing towels alone is not sufficient for proper housekeeping. Guests expect the room to be cleaned and maintained regularly, including vacuuming and general floor cleanliness. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve the housekeeping standards to ensure a cleaner and more comfortable stay for future guests.

Checkin was fast, but i was given only 1 keycard. So its difficult for us, when my husband bring our daugthers to pool, and i cant stay in the room because of we only had i keycard. The water pressure in the toilet quite slow. The toilet bowl seem not clean properly. There was ants in the room. The breakfast was good. But the space was limited. Luckily we had extra table in the next door.

Everything was okay, the bedroom was okay, the view also okay, the buffet breakfast was very delicious except for the free parking spot cause very limited 😅cause I have to use tanjung point parking
