Little bit disappointed with the Kitchen , the room food menu is listed but when we order , they do not have item , then why they had it in the menu.

The sea view was stunning and the highlight of our stay. However, as an Accor Platinum member staying for two nights, I was disappointed that no room upgrade was offered at check-in. After lengthy discussions, the hotel only provided a one-night upgrade. My request for a 2 PM late check-out also required negotiation before it was approved. In addition, the bed in the suite room was sagging and uncomfortable. Having to negotiate for benefits that are usually extended to Platinum members negatively affected the overall experience and made the stay less comfortable than expected. Overall, great views, but service and recognition of loyalty benefits could be improved
