Our one-night stay at Movenpick Dead Sea was a major letdown. The toilet in our room wasn’t flushing, and despite requesting assistance or a new room, nothing was done—forcing us to flush using a trash bin in what’s supposed to be a 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, the bed was broken and nearly impossible to sleep on. Thankfully, we were only there for the Dead Sea access, which was the only redeeming part of the experience.

The hotel is located in a nice seaview place with delicious food and friendly staff moreso in the breakfast where we were warmly welcomed by the two hostess Elizabeth and meah who assists us to find a seat in a cool and nice sofa I'll gladly wish to come back more often because their services are of money value and amenities are top-notch, the rooms are spacious and in good condition thanks for accommodating us movenpick 🤗🤗

Disappointing, needs major renovation and a better customer experience

Zalmasri Families - TripAdvisor review

The hotel rooms need a major face lift. We first booked in the village rooms and they were terrible, bad paint jobs , old furniture and dust everywhere . Thankfully we found the housekeeping manager and he managed to reallocate us to the rooms in the main building that were more upkept. The cushions in the pool bar are all dirty and stained , the waiters need a major course in hospitality , doesn’t even know the menu items properly, the glass they served had a hair on it , and the music at the pool was sooo unpleasant, one track was on repeat the whole time and it wasn’t even pool or beach music , it was a tune with an annoying beat that kept playing on loop the whole time , what does it take to just put an upbeat playlist , I asked the pool on duty many times to change it , and everytime someone points a finger to someone else that they are responsible for the music . The breakfast area in the ballroom was completely uncharming, imagine going for a beach vacation and having breakfast in a crowded ballroom with bland and dark walls, that was made for conferences and events , instead of a spacious airy area with a patio . Breakfast food was nothing special . Best thing about this hotel was the adult pool downstairs and its spa, it’s like a different world . Wouldn’t come here again , The Marriott provides a more upkept facility .

It was amazing experience and good stay and the stuff there are so kind and the food there are perfect the beach pool it’s amazing and the people there are friendly . The most beautiful experience there it was zara spa the hospitality it was great and there is also al khayyam bar it’s so cozy and wonderful and special thanks to reception stuff and mr.Ahmad haddad and Mohammad tarteer.
