Hôtel et accueil incroyable. La propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres nous as marqués. Sur place le personnel est disponible et à l’écoute. Très sécurisé avec garde et portique. La piscine est les plages privées de l’hôtel sont magnifique et hyper bien entretenue. Le bar café en bord de mer est magnifique. Buffet correct. Le seul petit point négatif est le prix des extra , que ce soit boisson ou autre et prix des massages excessif pour le pays et la qualité.

Arrivée chaotique, nous avons attendu 15 minutes debout dans le hall l'arrivée de la personne qui devait nous accompagner jusqu'à la chambre. C'est la première fois en Egypte qu'une boisson d'accueil ne nous a pas été proposée. Une fois sur place nous découvrons une chambre avec deux lits alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit king size. Il a fallu une heure et 3 appels à la réception pour obtenir une chambre correspondante à la réservation. Le diner d'arrivée tardive était de mauvaise qualité. Par la suite le séjour a été agréable dans cet établissement 5*

Les meilleures vacances en famille ! L’hôtel est superbe, mais surtout son personnel, tout le monde est adorable et au petit soin avec ma famille et moi même! Une chaleur tellement appréciable 💛 L’hôtel a les meilleures plages de la ville, n’hésitez pas si vous êtes amateurs de snorkeling, il y’a 3/4 plages à couper le souffle! Le personnel tout service confondu est au top, des femmes de chambre au petit déjeuner en passant par la plage et la réception, tout le monde est super agréable en plus d’être très compétant 🙌 Je reviendrai sans hésitation au Movenpick lors de mon prochain séjour en mer Rouge ❤️
