my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience during my recent stay. From the warm welcome at reception. That lady receptionist greeted us with a smile, quickly checking us in and ensuring all our needs were met. It's rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality; she made us feel right at home. With incredible assistance from that bellboy, Mr. Satheesh, every moment was delightful. His insider tips helped us discover hidden gems, making our trip even more special. Additionally, Mr. Ola’s attentive security provided peace of mind, enhancing our comfort. especially, the room was very clean, and the rooms were big with an affordable price, and that ambiance is amazing. Overall, your friendly staff and outstanding service made a lasting impression. I happily recommend Movenpick to all my loved ones and friends, and I look forward to returning soon! Disappointing Stay at Mövenpick Al Mamzar: A Far Cry from Five Stars

Travel Date: Early August 2024 Booking Platform: Trip.com We recently booked a one-night stay at the Mövenpick Al Mamzar in Dubai for a layover. Listed as a five-star hotel, our experience fell far short of expectations. Major Letdowns: Dated and Unkempt: The apartments felt more like old, tired rentals than a luxurious hotel. Worn furniture and a single functioning bath towel for three guests were immediate red flags. Understaffed: Encountering only one receptionist and a frequently unavailable bellboy created a frustrating lack of service. Uncomfortable Sleep: Despite booking for three, the provided room only had a king bed. A makeshift bed for our son offered a less-than-ideal sleep experience. Stale Atmosphere: An overall musty smell pervaded the apartment, further diminishing the appeal. Breakfast Below Par: Limited Choices: The breakfast spread consisted mainly of vegetables, some fruit, a single cheese option, and low-quality bread for toasting. Flies hovering near the food added another layer of unpleasantness. Inattentive Staff: A lone attendant seemed indifferent to providing basic service during breakfast. Positive Aspects (Difficult to Find, But Here They Are): While the overall experience was disappointing, there might be a few redeeming qualities for some travellers: Location: Depending on your travel plans, the location might be convenient. Who Should Avoid This Hotel: Anyone expecting a true five-star experience Families with children seeking comfortable accommodations Travellers looking for attentive and professional service Recommendation: We strongly advise against staying at the Mövenpick Al Mamzar. There are numerous other hotels in Dubai that can offer a genuine five-star experience for a similar price point. Consider exploring alternative options before booking here. Additional Notes: We have attached photos of the hotel's condition to support our review. It's important to note that other travellers may have had different experiences. However, our stay did not reflect the five-star rating advertised by the hotel or Trip.com. We hope this review helps you make an informed decision about your next stay in Dubai!

We visited the Spices restaurant on the ground floor of Movenpick at this address. At best, the ambience was below average. The variety of the food available was extremely limited and its taste at best average. The only positive point about this visit was the staff who were all very smiling, friendly, and helpful. Besides that, there's no repeat value here.

This hotel is the perfect go to for any tourist who wishes to visit Dubai at any time. The service from Ms. Rashila was hospitable and sweet and the table service was delightful. She was quiet welcoming and friendly. Defenitly recommend this hotel.
