Very disappointing experience.

I had a very upsetting experience at the property. My stay was planned in advance, and unfortunately it started in the worst possible way. My partner arrived first and the team called me requesting my ID. I clearly informed them that I was on my way and would provide it shortly, and I asked them to allow her to check in while waiting. I was told they would check and call me back. After almost two hours with no update, I arrived at the hotel only to find that she was still not checked in. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of empathy and professionalism at the front desk. When I expressed my concern, there was no apology and no effort to understand the inconvenience caused. For a hotel operating under the Novotel brand, I expected much better guest handling and communication. This experience unfortunately ruined what was supposed to be a special and well-planned stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their guest service standards.

Perfect Stay in Sharjah

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view looking toward the Cornish. Easily accessible to have an evening walk on the promenade. As a platinum member they offered me a complimentary breakfast while I wait for my room to be ready as I had had arrived early. Breakfast was good with a wide variety to choose from. I was also provided with a large complimentary fruit bowl in my room. The fruits were fresh and sweet and I got to finish them all. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially the reception team that assisted me as well as the other team members as I use to relax at the lobby and see how efficient they were with the guest. My room was always cleaned well on some days a bit late but a good job non the less. Location is great lots of food options behind the hotel only issue is the traffic in the area especially during peak hours. Overall had a great stay and I would return to the property.

Jamil was very helpful and gave me the best place to shop and also buy things affordable which I needed . Also the transport and taxis was killing me LOL . He even offered to give me a free card how sweet
