We would like to clarify that neither Accor nor our hotel is responsible for the rates or the management of the Piet Hein garage, as it is owned and operated by the Amsterdam authorities. We encourage you to contact them directly to share your complaints. The well being of our guests is a top priority in our hotel, and we regret you did not feel taken care off. In our Management reports, I am unable to find any related traces during your stay.
