Lovely hotel! Great vibes, very friendly staff and a clean room. They have a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made my stay very convenient. Would chose the hotel again if I need a hotel close to the airport. Highly recommended

This hotel was a complete disaster and an incredibly stressful experience for our family. Within hours of arriving, we encountered a very serious hygiene issue in the room — one that no traveler ever wants to deal with. When we brought it to staff attention, the response was dismissive at best, almost as if this wasn’t the first time they’d heard about it. Trust me when I say this: what’s going on at this hotel is far worse than what’s being posted online.

So sad to go there and the funy thing is not allowed to write your opinion in the review the always refuse to publish

Very poor place. Staff is not clean. Silver cutlery always dirty. It gives feeling like the food is left over or something... Fruit side was really good. We perfer in the morning to have the handy coffe machine....is more tasty. Because we see the staff only use it in the morning...but not allowed for the guests..funny....hot food was really untested sorry to say .staff need to wear hand gloves for more hygiene

Absolutely terrible place to stay I waited for over an hour for someone to sign me in the man did not even care I paid good money for this room aswell! I could not believe the pure cheek of this man he had no care in the world that a paying customer was waiting no bell nothing!

Perfect location, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. A good location to explore Amsterdam. Great transport links, located next to Central Station and very short journey from the airport. Handy snack shop/take away facility in the main entrance.?
