A good place to stay if on a budget

It is wonderful that you found our breakfast to be satisfying and that our team members left a positive impression with their attentive service. Nonetheless, we understand that a quiet environment is essential for a restful night, and we regret to hear about the disturbances from other guests. Earplugs are available upon request, and we recommend requesting a room at the end of the corridor for future visits as these tend to be quieter. Finally, we are pleased that our hotel's location, with easy access to the city center and proximity to Amsterdamse Bos, added value to your stay. We regret to learn of the behavior you witnessed from the shuttle staff. While they are indeed subcontractors, we expect them to uphold the highest professional standards as they represent our commitment to guest satisfaction. It is disheartening to hear that this was not reflected in your interaction. Your feeling of neglect is certainly concerning, and we want to stress that every guest is of utmost importance to us.
