Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found our shuttle service convenient and our reception area impressive. It's great to hear that the price point was satisfactory and that you enjoyed the comfort of our beds. However, we understand that the ambiance of our rooms did not meet your expectations. While some parts of our hotel have been updated, we are in the process of renovating other sections to ensure a consistently modern and inviting atmosphere throughout. We regret that the lack of minibar and water boiler posed an inconvenience, and we would like to remind our guests that refrigeration requests can be accommodated at reception, and kettles are available upon request for future visits. Additionally, we are sorry to hear that the bathroom did not fully meet your standards; we aim to maintain a balance of simplicity and functionality in our accommodations. Finally, we hope that the strategic location of our hotel, close to Schiphol Noord bus station for direct access to Amsterdam's city centre, contributed to the convenience of your stay. Should you choose to stay with us again, we have a variety of rooms with different views and amenities that might better suit your preferences, including rooms with air conditioning, laminate flooring, and our restaurant options which offer a range of dining experiences.
