Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are pleased that you found the room change process to be smooth and that our bar offered you a pleasant experience each night. Additionally, the convenience of our complimentary shuttle service seems to have been a highlight for you, and we are delighted to hear that. However, we regret to hear that the heating in your room was not up to expectations and that you found the number of usable plug sockets to be insufficient. We understand these aspects are important for comfort and convenience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Nonetheless, we appreciate your positive remarks regarding our hotel's location and the ease of transportation to Amsterdam's city centre.
