This place is outstanding and we loved our stay there. Convenient, comfortable, affordable and the beds are exceptional re comfortable. There’s nothing worse than an uncomfortable bed, and your sleep at any Peppers is always perfect. Thanks Peppers

All good - excellent position/ room etc staff great -restaurant ok - tran stop outside door running frequently- handy to Southbank restaurants/ Casino all close by - easy walking distance - missed buffet - breakfast but we’re Accor Card members & caught tram to other Accor hotels if required

The perfect place for a stay in the city. Close to CBD, Southbank and the Arts precinct. Breakfast options are sensational and the hotel wine list is very well populated with excellent local/regional wines. Terrific staff who are very welcoming and genuinely attentive to the guests

Good location for attending PAX and Crown Casino, however, this hotel isn't up to the same standard as other Pepper's hotels. The main bedroom was small and there was a constant hum from the air conditioning in the ceiling (even when the air conditioner was off). When we complained we were offered another room lower down, however, this room also had the constant hum from the air conditioning unit feeding the whole floor. The beds are also too small for a large double. The bar and restaurant was good. It's too cold and windy to use the pool. The hotel is too expensive for the standard. There are way better hotels for that price point. I definitely won't be staying at this Peppers Hotel ever again.

Perfect location and great sized 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Southbank. Perfect for young families who may want to dine in or out of the room. Cars are stacked by concierge team so you may need to wait a little for car retrieval. Just call ahead and advise time you want it ready.
