Terrible hotel. Well overpriced

Not a great stay. Staff not great, our room was not serviced on the Sunday we stayed, no idea why as staff were making up rooms for new guests. Food in restaurant was really bad. Egg for breakfast was congealed. Bathroom in a standard room was tiny. Hotel needs a make over. However it is well situated

Not a good option near Southern Cross station

Small room, not felt like 4 star hotel as claimed. Room is small and for 1 person it seems tight space. The only plus point about the hotel is that it's very near to Southern Cross station and Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center. Try other hotels like Ibis.

Comfy beds and overall room was fine, we were on the back end of the building so not the updated side. The shower was a bit dodgy. Wouldn't recommend breakfast as it was basically cold and the juices weren't even on ice so warm juice of a morning.

Great location This hotel is situated almost adjacent to the southern cross station. Bourke street a short walk away as was the south bank complex . We use this hotel as a base for our Melbourne visits. All the city centre has to offer is only a walk away and if wanting there is the train station plus trans outside the door . Clean , staff friendly Onsite dining The restaurant was ok , service quick and prices fair. There is a bar area for a quiet drink after a busy day . The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. Was quiet considering the location .

Location was fantastic, rooms were very spacious, clean and super quiet, no street noise can be heard even though on a busy main road. My only downside was the pillows, however don't let that be a detterent. The daily room service was great to top up the free coffee, tea and milk
