Overall we are satisfied with our stay except below issue: Please label the shower room tap for hot water and cold water with H and C. We had a hard time adjusting water temperature when we just want to take quick shower and hit the bed after a day out. We hope this can be improved. Thank you.

Located in Prime location and very good stay. All the places are near by. Able to visit maximum locations from Hotel. Clear Rooms, friendly staff and Location in city central. Very nice breakfast which was catering to all people across country.

Great location for our trip the Melbourne Cup. Trains to Flemington right across the road - and so many public transport options at the doorstep. Our room had a renovated bathroom and the bed was super comfy. Also close to so many dining and cafe options

Great location, the food at the restaurant was lovely. The room was on the small side but comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful. We have stayed at the Batman several times and would recommend the King room over the Queen. We will be staying again the the future.

The room was dirty, floor not vacuumed, hair and the like on the toilet (toilet clearly not cleaned), the sink in the bathroom was dirty, used floss stick on floor, used tissue on floor just under the bed, the bin had no liner in it and there was used chewy gum on the bottom of the bin. The room felt dirty and unhygienic. During the night the smoke detector light was constantly flashing - very hard to sleep. Near the lift there was a tray with left over food and drinks on it, this was on the floor when we arrived at 2pm and was still there when we left the hotel at 7.30am this morning. When we opened the room door this morning the smell in the corridor was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this hotel.
