I needed secure parking for a car I had just bought and wrote to the hotel in advance requesting it but that email was "lost" apparently. The guy behind the counter who checked me in did not care. I asked for a stronger pillow as they were virtually just thin air and I was told by the girl that no hotels have firmer pillows. She said she'd try but nothing happened. Amazing and very clumsy comment given I spend literally over half my life in hotels. (Which you can probably see) The air conditioning unit was like a pneumatic drill all night so I turned it off and was boiling hot. No open restaurant on a Sunday? Seriously. Price it in somewhere as a service, not as a specific revenue/ cost centre Absolutely pathetic hotel which is unnecessary as the building is in good condition. Must be a serious management issue. The bespectacled Indian guy I spoke to at breakfast was really nice but it was too late by then. I changed my plans and went straight home as I was really tired from lack of rest. I suggest you put in actions to: check emails from clients, buy some firm pillows for emergencies as I shouldn't have to travel with my own. Open the restaurant on sundays and urgently service the AC meetings. You also need to either seriously retrain or replace your team

The hotel is well located. The check-in process was simple. The room was modern and tidy. The bathroom was a little dirty around the bath. There is nowhere to put the hand towel in the bathroom. The kitchenette does not have a power point for the kettle. We were staying for 2 nights and our room card was only programmed for 1 night so we were locked out and then had to go to reception to sort the issue out. Overall, the cleaning needs to be improved in my opinion. Some furniture needs replacing as it is quite worn for the price point of the rooms. It was disappointing that you could not cast to the tv and the phone didn’t work so we had to use our mobile to call the hotel reception when we needed assistance.
