Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Sirocco Mooloolaba. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed our unbeatable location on the Esplanade and the easy access to the beach, cafes, and shopping. It’s great to know the apartment was clean on arrival, and we appreciate your kind mention of our Reception team in resolving the maintenance issues once raised. That said, we’re sorry to hear the balcony was not up to standard and that some of the furniture, including the lounge and bedding, did not provide the comfort you expected. We understand how important these details are to a relaxing stay. While, as you noted, each apartment is individually owned and styled, we do set and monitor standards to ensure consistency—and your feedback is an important part of that process. We also acknowledge your concerns about housekeeping checks and have passed this on to our team for review and retraining where needed.
