We are delighted to hear that your experience, from arrival to check-in and parking, was smooth and efficient. We're especially thrilled that you were "ecstatic" with your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean view apartment on the 29th floor of Tower 2. It sounds like you had the perfect space with stunning views, comfortable furnishings, and excellent facilities. We're also pleased you enjoyed our pool areas, both the unique lagoon pool and the indoor heated pool, and that you found the direct access to the Chevron Centre so convenient. You're absolutely right to point out that some of our rooms are individually owned, which can sometimes lead to variations in their upkeep. We appreciate your recommendation to book directly with Mantra and contact the hotel in advance to clarify any specific requirements. We always strive to allocate the best possible room to our guests, and your feedback will definitely assist other guests in making informed choices. Dear Hailee, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely disappointed to learn that your experience in apartment 1173, Tower 1, did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the condition of the apartment, including the outdated decor, noise levels, cleanliness, and maintenance issues you described. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize that the apartment did not align with the images presented online. Your comments regarding the vents, carpets, blankets, blinds, and the odour from the shower drain are being taken very seriously. We are addressing these specific issues with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review and action. We regret that your stay was not satisfactory, especially considering the prime location. Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are truly disappointed to hear about the issues you experienced during your recent stay at Mantra Towers of Chevron. We sincerely apologize for the water issue in your daughter's bathroom and the resulting injury. That is unacceptable, and we are addressing the blocked pipes issue with urgency. We also apologize for the lack of cutlery, the broken cupboards and drawers, and the cleanliness issues you encountered in your second apartment. This falls far short of our standards, and we are taking immediate steps to rectify these problems. We value your past patronage and are very sorry that this stay did not meet your expectations.
