Extremely well located with glorious views over the ocean and city. Really good facilities and a very comfortable room with very useable deck. A real bonus for us was the access to the "owners" lounge and deck on the 55th floor. Being virtually next door to a Woolworths supermarket made it very convenient for food and snacks shopping too.

From the minute I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely man, he was chatty, helpful & the check in was seamless. The apartment was huge. A great balcony and a washer/dryer for those wet beach towels. The location was great and just a short stroll to the beach. Loved the service at Circle on Cavil. Would highly recommend.

Bad arrival, dated rooms & horrible parking

We arrived at the hotel to stay for two nights, and the woman on the front counter was extremely dismissive and rude. We provided all information to the woman, and she then proceeded to charge us for the parking. I asked "i thought parking was included", rather than her looking at what my inclusions were, she said "WELL, IS IT ON YOUR RECEIPT?" Meaning i had to look through my emails with my toddler in hand rather than her just looking on her computer for my inclusions. I then show her my confirmation and then she just shrugs her shoulders - almost like she didnt get her bonus for charging us for parking. Fast forward to then going into the room, on first glance it looks OK however on further review, the lounges were deteriorated, sitting on springs. The kitchen appliances were faulty, the TV's were so old and barely worked. The dining chairs were disgusting and needed updating desperately. For the price we were about to pay, it sure was not worth the money. All of this was whilst my husband was trying to find the allocated car space the woman at the desk gave us. He followed the "map" for 45 minutes to try and find this spot - only to find out that it was already allocated to another guest and the woman just couldnt be bothered to give us a different spot. The only positive of the experience was the interaction we had was with the gentleman on the front desk (i cant remember his name, he was only quite new to the business he said and was working PM on 5/4/23). He was lovely, polite and sympathetic when we spoke with him. Five stars for him. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is just a shame the rooms are in need of a desperate refresh for the price you are paying per room.

I had a wonderful stay here the staff where very welcoming Was shocked how big the apartment was it was great with an amazing view of the ocean and the city It was clean and had everything I wanted was there Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in surfers paradise

What a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with ocean views but also had views across hinterland. Simply amazing views and an apartment which was so fantastic. Had everything in it and was so clean. To be honest the hotel had wonderful amenities and the staff so friendly. Made our holidays. Couldn’t rate it any higher
