However, we would like to clarify that this apartment is not managed by Mantra Circle on Cavill but by an external agent, Holiday Paradise. At Mantra Circle on Cavill, we take great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, as this apartment is not part of our managed inventory, we have no oversight of its condition, maintenance, or guest experience. Reviews such as this, when directed at Mantra Circle on Cavill, can be misleading to potential guests and have a detrimental impact on our business, despite the fact that the stay was with an independent operator. To ensure our guests receive the quality and service they expect, we always recommend booking directly through Mantra Circle on Cavill or via our official channels.
