Really disappointed, carpet missing, mould throughout bath/shower and on the roof, missing paint on walls, one power point for two beds, so many chips and scratches on all surfaces, looked like a cheap run of the mill hotel. Would not expect this for a 4star hotel. No duvet just a sheet and scratchy blanket.

The constant repair work at the hotel was a disappointment which gave us a bad headache. That is not what we look for during our stay. Also the food options for vegeterian are just close to nil. Just the fruits and the curd. The chefs and the restaurant team were not assisting either.

Really good- nice room, great view, good parking, nice breakfast. Negatives- part of the package was some bottled water, but had to discover they had run out of water! Was told water would arrive and delivered to me in the morning, but it wasn't either. Took 20 minutes to get to check-in- they were very busy and understaffed

As we try to have a quiet relaxing morning after preparing our stuff to check out, was only 9:30 am and the staffs was so rude knocking the door like it was an emergency. A very loud knocks just to asked when are we leaving? Like didn't even wait for it to be 9:50 why knock so loud? It seems like we were in massive trouble! The stay was already expensive than the other hotels ,I regret that I chose to stay there, I used to like mantra, but now? It's a question that I can't even recommend to others. Very disrespectful, need more training! I never experience like that in other hotels. Ps. I know most hotels, provide u the basic needs like toothbrush and toothpaste,shower cap. But this none at all. If you have children with you, they can't reach the shampoo and soap as it's on the top of the shelves locked in containers. We always stay in Mantra hotels but not anymore next time.
