房间楼下就是酒吧一条街太吵了

Our hotel is in the vibrant heart of Surfers Paradise, and while we try to minimize disturbances, it can be challenging at times. I appreciate your understanding. 我们分开订了三天的双床高级海景房，但给我们安排的不是海景房，只是侧面有一点海景，而且这间房子还是一门两户的房型，对女士来说感觉不太安全，所以我们去前台要求调换房间。接待我们的是一位年纪较轻的男士，他将我们的要求转达了经理，经理帮我们调整到家庭房，对他们解决问题的态度和方法我们还是满意的。但第二天我们续房时接待我们的ISHA（好像是南亚人）说不能续住必须搬出来，当我们看见昨天接待我们的男士也在值班，就告诉ISHA我们要找了解情况的男士办理时，ISHA竟然抢我手上的房卡想阻止找那位男士，态度非常恶劣！我想记住她的名字，但因年纪大看不清时用手机拉近距离看时，她误以为我在给她拍照，我立即将我的手机相册给在场的工作人员看，证明我没有拍照时，她还是大喊大叫，是我从未见过的。后来那位男士找来了经理和一位华人女士才帮我们解决了问题。ISHA不是积极帮助客人解决问题，而是让问题激化，是我这个金卡会员多年都不曾遇见过的。她不但耽误了我们宝贵的旅游时间，还影响了我们美好的心情，也严重损害了酒店的形象。

位置还是不错的，酒店的设施有点老，然后我们订的是有海景的房间，楼下的那个设备特别吵，早餐一般吧
