Room 2405 - In need of a good clean and furniture replacement. I have stayed at Peppers Soul a number of times and the rooms have been excellent. I checked in 2 days ago and was immediately disappointed when I entered my room . Fridge wreaks of fish - cleaners came and wiped it down with vanilla essence but the smell is coming back. Couch sags to the floor when you sit on it and it is worn and dirty Stove top filthy Minimal cooking accessories. One fry pan , no lid . 2 cutting knives , both blunt Cutlery dirty and had to be rewashed Tiny tv in lounge and sound needs to be on 60 to hear anything Bathrooms in desperate need of a clean . Mouldy and dusty around the frames . Broken cupboard Broken side lamp in main bedroom Bed head in one of the bedrooms has disgusting stains on it I will be posting photos shortly Not worth $7500 for 4 nights whatsoever an

Extremely Poor with their Reception, Conceirge and House Keeping! They take ages to get small things done. Reception doesn't pick up calls at once!! No one at concierge when we checked in !! Just one lady at reception. Minimum 15 minutes wait time at the reception!!

The location is perfect near the beach. A room with a sea view is a must. Our room was like an apartment—large, comfortable, and clean, with a washer and dryer. There was also a big terrace with amazing view on the ocean and beach. There in-door and out-door pools - big and clean. I also visited the gym which is not big but acceptable - almost no people there. You also should find a lovely garden near the out-door pool. The only odd thing was the breakfast—we booked a room with breakfast, but upon check-in, we were told that only snacks and drinks were included, with main courses requiring an extra charge. Upon check-out, we discovered that the main courses were actually included in our reservation. We also had two trial days during our stay when they served a full breakfast buffet.

We stayed at this hotel for the Gold Coast 500. The facilities are excellent and the staff very helpful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite facing the ocean. Beautiful views to sea and up and down the coast. The room was excellent and very roomy. With a large balcony. The hotel has many nice restaurants at street level. 15 second walk to Surfers Paradise Beach. And 3 minutes walk to Cavill Avenue. 10 min walk to the nearest tram stop and supermarket. Would recommend this place as a great place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. Stayed on the 54th floor - the view was breathtaking. The balcony was huge and provided a view that stretched from the sea to the hinterland. We were watching whales from the balcony, and watching helicopters and little planes fly below us. The location is perfect, right above Cavill Ave, and a step away from the beach with no traffic on the road below. The room was quiet, we had no issue with noise once the sliding doors were closed. Check-in and check-out was a quick easy process. Room had everything we needed, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. The fridge had a water tap and ice-maker which meant we didn't have to worry about buying bottled water. Daily service, fresh towels, dishwasher put on, and bed made every day - the cleaning girls did a great job. The outdoor pool was closed for our first couple of days, but once opened it was great. The lifts were quick, three only go to the first 39 floors, the other three only go to the top floors, so you're not stopping at lots of floors. We will be back. Absolutely loved it.
