Great location, staff were excellent and very friendly they went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We stayed 10 days with 6 people and the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect, just what we needed. Rooms were clean, beds were excellent, kitchen perfect with everything we needed. This place really made our holiday 100% recommend Breakfree Moroccan for your stay. Thanks to staff and management

Well located, beautiful views, safe and spacious! Our room was upgraded to a larger apartment on arrival. We had fast and free wifi (with Accor membership) and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and attentive.

* Excellent ,friendly customer service by Athena & all staff . She went above & beyond to meet our needs & upgraded us ,thank-you. * Spacious , comfortable & updated decor with spectacular ocean views from the 16th floor. * hop step & jump to beach & tram *clean , safe , quiet & private unit * indoor pool & spa is a treat in the colder months * easy walk to Cavill avenue , restaurants & shops * We love the Moroccan & have enjoyed our stays there many times & we will be back for sure

The location was fantastic, close to everything. Directly across from the beach. The facilities and room were great very pleased with my stay. The indoor pool and spa were amazing eapcially since going in may was abit more cooler. Staff were fantastic.

To start with bad customer service, not welcoming not told about how to access wifi(after using alot of data went downstairs and was told we could have asked for code, would have been nice to know!!) Not given enough towrels for two families, told we would have to pay for extra. Not told about gym key to access gym, had to once again go down and ask. Gym facilities terrible, equipment rusted and old. Sauna was shut as not working. No towels in pool area to use. As far as the apartment itself, only thing good was the view. Locks on balcony doors did not lock. We requested maintainence look at it as we had small children and were on 16th floor. Nothing was done. Dryer did not work, dishwasher did not work, in fact daughter received an electric shock when turning it on. That was last straw so we checked out halfway through 2 week stay. Staff were not welcoming and manager was rude when we infofmed him of our dis satisfaction.
