I had a great stay at The Johnson Brisbane - Art Series and would rate it 4 stars. The hotel offers a unique and stylish art-inspired ambiance, with spacious rooms equipped with modern amenities. The outdoor pool and gym are fantastic additions, providing a relaxing space after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The location is also convenient, close to major attractions and the city center. However, one minor issue was the hotel's card system. The elevator card, room key card, and power switch card all look very similar, which caused some inconvenience during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve this to enhance the guest experience. Overall, The Johnson Brisbane is a fantastic choice for those looking for a blend of art and comfort in Brisbane, and I would consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at The Johnson. Beautiful room, friendly staf, nice pool, great location,… Couple of nice restaurants down the street and a free bus to the city right across the road. Great hotel to explore Brisbane wich is a fantastic city!

Told me porkies re a late checkout, ended up trying to waste time before my departure for the airport, why tell your punters that it's possible to get a late checkout if they have no intentions as to giving you that option, hotels full today when it was not!

Spring Hill is a quaint suburb of Brisbane. Its quiet, not far to walk or get to the city. The apartments were good, with cafes and restaurants across the road (that have odd hours but the Vega cafe is amazing) and not far to the supermarket. The first apartment we had was quite dark inside, it had concrete ceilings and reminded us of a car parking building. Unfortunately on the vacant lot homeless people camped out and were looking into our room which I found intimidating. We moved rooms which I was thankful for. The pool area was nice, but we thought the pool was dirty. The next day it was closed and closed for the duration of our stay so our bathing suits didn't get used. This was disappointing. Our room was clean, but there wasn't attention to detail - we found a sheet of stickers behind the curtain, underwear in the laundry and a bowl of dried vegetation on top of the shelf in one of the bedrooms. Room service was good, but they didn't seem to have a regular schedule of what they did when servicing, our rubbish was overflowing and only emptied after two days. Beds weren't made, and we got fresh towels when we asked for them. The kitchen could have done with a bit more equipment like a salad bowl or platter, tongs, and a few more cups. Apart from some hiccups, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

This was my second stay here and most likely my last. Very disappointing room. View just above noisy car park and hotel bins made me feel like I was staying in a cheap motel. Pillows on bed very hard and uncomfortable. Shower tiles are very slippery. Only positive is good size room.
