I want to express the gratitude that we - Alex and my wife Ellie Great have to the staff and management of Pullman Hotel at King George Square in Brisbane. We’ve checked in for an impromptu three-day getaway from the daily grind and were very happy with our choice. An error by Bookings.com was promptly dealt with and we had our accommodation and recommendations for places to visit and experience. Duty manager Viashvik Modi was quick and resourceful in helping us with our requests for transportation, room service, and concierge. Breakfast is amazing and a good start for a busy day. With breakfast like that, you can easily skip lunch – a true English breakfast (baked beans included).

Extremely disappointing stay at Pullman Brisbane King George Square. As a regular guest and Platinum member, this was by far my worst experience. The room was dusty and outdated, with constant water hammer noise in the bathroom. Check-in was unwelcoming as a Platinum member when I asked for any Accor benefits —staff rudely informed me I should’ve paid for an upgrade via Nor1 Upgrades in the app. I had hoped the recent change in hotel management would bring improvements, but unfortunately, it hasn’t. We left early and even skipped breakfast. What was once a 5-star hotel has severely declined. Pullman must do better for loyal guests. One star.

The location is good, but the facilities are not very modern and it is hard to say that they are well managed. The service was not bad, but not the kind you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
