Dirty hotel, cleanliness is non existent. Dusty. Pillows are atrocious. Bath towels thin and old and need replacing. Construction next door but you only get told after booking. Mini bar empty you need to scan a QR code to have anything brought up why not just leave it stocked? No room service. Stained carpet. Pink mould in the bathroom and toilet not cleaned properly. Overall a hotel that could be decent but has been let go and lacks basic services that you expect when staying in a hotel and paying a decent price for too.

Stayed one night following job that ran overtime. Location is good. Walking distance to Docklands and Southern Cross. Full marks for luxury. Very comfortable bed, clean sheets, soft robe, all of that. I'm not normally one to notice these things but the bodywash stuff in the shower smelled amazing. Might be getting soft in my old age. What let the experience down was a few minor points on general state of repair. The sliding door to the balcony that required too much fiddling to close & lock; the bogroll dispenser not properly anchored to the wall; that sort of thing. The second-floor balcony offering a sweeping view of the construction site across the lane was something of a disappointment; definitely not worth the extra coin. The pièce de résistance was the acoustically-transparent interconnecting door to the adjacent room. Who needs adult movies when you have a randy - and somewhat vocal - young couple next door? Using the TV to drown them out proved a challenge thanks to the captive portal menu on the TV. Just getting a free-to-air show happening was painful thanks to the Dickensian system which - ironcally - still offers adult entertainment for a charge. In 2023. I had an early flight and didn't stay for breakfast but it looked like standard hotel brekky fare. I'd stay again but I wouldn't spring for the balcony and I'd stop at a 7Eleven for a carton of milk before check-in. There was an impressive selection of fancy Dilmah teas in the room - but no milk in the fridge. #details

Generous room sizing, very clean and comfortable. No lunch or dinner food and becky only Wednesday to Sunday however that's no major issue. Friendly warm greeting staff. Ideal location for marvel stadium.

Everything was clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for us and it was close to the city as well as a tram stop directly out the front doors of the hotel. We had a great time and enjoyed our experience at Peppers Docklands.

Stayed in a double queen room. Room was spacious and well maintained. Within walking distance of Docklands. A short tram trip into the city on the free tram. Staff were friendly and welcoming! There is a large construction site next door but thankfully weren’t working while we were there! Highly recommend and definitely will return!
