Poor room and reception service

I stayed here for a business trip, and the experience was very disappointing. My room had no air conditioning, and when I asked to switch rooms, the reception refused because the booking was made by my company. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no concern for guest comfort. I expected better service, especially on a business trip. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great stay for families

We booked the furnished apartment of three bedrooms and it was amazing. The view was great on the marina and the apartment has everything you need. Great for families with toddlers. The only thing missing was elevator from the car park, you can take only stairs to the building from the parking bay

My Husband and i Stayed here for one night. we had a one bedroom apartment with water view. which is rather nice. the apartment is set up better for long stay with some facilities to cook for yourself and some ability to store things in a giant fridge. However the downside is that it isnt very soundproof, so the noisy kids playing in the street can be very annoying. its a few hundered meters away from the nearest tram stop.

Excellent value for money. Well put together and finer details covered. Beautiful hotel and highly recommended. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the hotel had a large bathroom separating them. Good size lounge room and kitchen with table. Free service Tram to town was about 11 minutes. Easy to get around. Stay here

Great location, very clean hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment which was roomy and well set up with good amenities. This hotel is ideal if you're in town to watch the footy match at Marvel Stadium and the tram line takes you into the city, to Vic Market and close to the Crown Complex.
