Right opposite Southern Cross station where the airport bus pulls in and on Collins Street with more trams than you can count it's located in a transport hub. Makes life easy. Rooms were clean and decor was nice. Highly recommend.

Returned to Batman's as close to amenities and walking distance to exhibition centre and public transport, to get to and from airport. Neat, comfortable and ample space in the room. Check in n out very easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyable experience

Great room very comfortable king bed fantastic ensuite. Excellent breakfast included, staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Across the road from Southern Cross Station so getting around is easy.

Air Con - Make sure you check it as soon as you check in...

Stayed hereon a Sunday night as a Red Hotel Deal for $77. There are 2 types of rooms I have discovered, very tired looking shower step over bath rooms, and updated rooms that have been refurbished. I stayed on L2 of the newer room upgrade. Upon entry, room 2202 was like walking into a heatwave. I set the aircon to 16 degrees. 3 hours later the room felt like 24 degrees. I basically slept all night with the air con (24 degrees) and lay on top of my bed. At 3am, decided to get up and try to cool down. I was on an early checkout, so at 5am, I advised the staff member at the desk that the unit needs to be looked at as its been so hot all night and couldn't bring the temperature down. I was going to call reception but as I checked in late and was tired, then to find after 2 hours the room wasn't cooling down, I put it down to pretending to be in a Koh Samui hotel with no air con... This is my second stay within 7 days and as a Gold member, I was given a bottle of red wine on first stay last Thursday, last night - I was left a piece of a cake that was in the fridge... Not sure how the welcome gift varies...?

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment the room was great the bathroom was great you can cook in the apartment the location was great crossed the road southern cross station you can walk to crown casino it’s a great hotel
