If this was the only accommodation left in Melbourne to stay don’t give it a second thought. Don’t stay here!!!!

I’d give this place a nil for their service and helpful!!!! Not in there vocabulary! Never again and I’ll be telling everyone to stay clear of this accommodation

We had a great stay here, I booked a 3 bedroom apartment for me and my two girls (16 & 17) for Billie Eilish for 3 nights in March. After reading the reviews, we were not expecting much. So on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. Checking in was a beeeze, the apartment residence is next door to Sebel Docklands but on checkin they walked us over, explained parking and even the trams right out front. The apartment itself was roomy, clean and had tea and coffee enough for our stay, I worked whilst the girls shopped and the views of the water were perfect first thing. As an Accor member they left an entire bottle in the room as a welcome gift (at Sofitel in Sydney it’s one glass) and a personalised note. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks to the Sebel Team for making our stay so welcoming. We stayed in Room 1101 for reference.

Apartment wss in need of urgent fumigation. Stayed late Dec over new years. Extremely poor and tired rooms, no central air-conditioning, all charging over $800 a night. 2 star for a 4 star price. Extremely disappointed and ruined family holiday.

We spent 3 nights with family, location was good, but found pet hairs on sofa and behind. Spots found on the carpet + curtains were messy and leakage in the bathroom shower.

Location. Nothing around. Service. Unhelpful on all accounts. Room. OK, but for the price, you’d expect some of the basics (eg coffee pod machine or a decent, not warped bed?) My experience as an Accor Gold member last 2 weeks: Quay West last week. Great experience. Sebel Docklands. Not even a drink card offered.
