1) Construction noise in the day time 2) the shower had issues with the hot/cold water, couldn't have the right temp it was either too cold or too hot. 3) The alarm clock kept buzzing at 6 am in the morning and somehow I couldnt reset it

The location was convenient to get to the ferry or get straight on a tram, the room was comfortable. No indoor pool or sauna, and the restaurant only opens for breakfast including in-room dining.

The room was basic. They couldn't provide 3 towels for the pool and there was a surprise charge of $45 for overnight parking when this was never discussed when making the booking.
