Fantastic lagoon pool and beach, kiosk, kids pool and slide. Clean and spacious apartment. Sculptures and murals give a real beach side atmosphere in the lobby. The size of the property allows for a feeling of getting away from it all and relaxation.

We stayed in 1705, a spacious 3 BR, 2 Bathroom apartment with secure parking, Wifi, Netflix, Board games and plenty to help you unwind as you sit on the balcony and admire the beautiful north easterly ocean view of Surfers Paradise beach. Love the three pools, spas, BBQ area and on-site Thai restaurant and poolside kiosk, and close proximity to supermarkets and everything you need for a family of friend group holiday. Spacious suite. Outdated decor but the roominess compensates. Kids liked the pool area but it’s not the best in surfers. No towels. Would be good to have a poolside bar. Buffet closed. Difficult to make the space commercial as the property has apartment ownership and is not fully tourism. Appalling wifi. Culture is not to serve or help, felt as though we were burdens.

Facilities are great, but the room was so disapointting, if the rooms are in this condition we won't be back....furniture had stains, bedding also had stains, looked like mould in the shower grout, stains in the bottom of the fridge, overall condition of the room was way below the standard we expected for an Accor property. The 3rd bedroom was an area cutoff from the dining and lounge area and quite small. We did have a great time with the Grand Kids and weather was perfect.

When we arrived the staff were very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. Our apartment was a 1 bedroom fuy contained unit. All cery clean & tidy. The pool was amazing and so was the little kiosk. Also the Thai restaurant next door. My only Quibble would be it could do with a bar.
