Noisiest place I have ever stayed.

We were woken up every morning around 7.45 to hammer drilling and Jack hammering from the unit above us. Complained to reception, they said there is private renovations going on in the building. If they had have told me before I arrived I would not have stayed here. I come on a holiday to get away from noise and stress but that’s all I got. Spoilt my holiday experience. No apologies given we always stay at Accor Hotels but never again.

Great location, excellent reception staff but hotel room was very dusty, sand and hair in shower. Mugs in the cupboard still had bleach on them, upon rinsing them them mugs were slimy from the bleach. Not one bed valance was straight on any of the beds. Carpets were dirty and have loads of stains. Glass doors facing the ocean were filthy. All skirts and shelves were dusty. Overall, dated, dirty and dusty.

I agree with others who have said that the service is quite poor, ignoring concerns about changing rooms as the noise outside my room on the 12th floor kept us from getting a good night's sleep. I had my 86 yr old Dad staying with us too. Hotel was not at capacity as we stayed after the NSW school holidays. I won't stay here again.

i loved the apartment, good price, loved being in the middle of the city and overall great view. staff was nice and friendly had a lovely welcome by the staff, beds and towels were clean and the beds were comfy. overall could not complain about our stay.

We’ve stayed at Moroccan multiple times primarily due to the location, cost and facilities it provides. It is a bit dated from a decore perspective, and large rooms means that not everything is squeaky clean, but these are mor than overcome by the location. Staff are really friendly too
