海水浴できる海まで数分かつ、様々な現地ツアー（土ボタルツアーやモートン島ツアーなど）の集合場所になっているので最高の立地です。海で遊ぶ場合はフロントでタオルの貸し出しもあり、手軽で便利でした。また、ウォーターサーバーもあり、空ボトルや水筒があれば飲料水にも困りません。 朝食ビュッフェは、メニューも豊富でおいしかったです。1日の朝ごはんなのに3日分くらいのご飯を食べてしまいお腹パンパンでした。

トラム、コンビニ、ビーチが全て近く、Cavill Ave.も徒歩圏内でとても立地が良かった。 部屋も綺麗でとても快適に過ごせた。 バルコニーもあり、外でのんびりする事も出来て良かった。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思う

Cyclone後で予約してるホテルから頼まれて違うホテルの移動になった。Cyclone で私自身の家も7日間の停電中だったから事情は理解した。 でも部屋はキッチン無し、アメニティー無し、無料Carpark無し。部屋の外は工事で騒音が酷い。 私の誕生日にと思って予約したけど、気分が悪かった。

3名1室シティービューの予約でしたが、エキストラベッドもなくタオルも1セットしかなかった。 フロントへ電話しようにも電話も故障して使えなく直接フロントへ行き伝えたところすぐに用意はしてもらえた。 シティービューなので海は見えないのは承知だったが低層階すぎてシティーも見えず、隣の建物の物置のようなものしか見えずがっかりだった。 想像していたホテルのレベルより低かったので残念だった。

隣のビーチバーの音楽がかなり大きく防音サッシを閉めていても寝られないほどの音がきつかったです。 ３人一部屋でエクストラベッドの追加料金のお支払いをしましたがタオルは２人分しか用意いただけず残念でした。プールが改装中だったのが残念でした。 朝食バイキング、サービスはとても良かったです

予約時にエクストラベッドを手配してたハズなのに伝わっておらず受付で再度伝える2度手間　 伝えてもすぐに用意されておらず待つハメに エクストラベッドもすぐに足が折れてしまい何回も足を怪我するし危ないので新しいエクストラベッドに変えるべきだし、　 お風呂もシャワーカーテンが無く足元がビチャビチャになった

トラムの駅も近く、海岸にも歩いて数分で行け、大きなスーパーにも近い立地は最高でした。また、従業員の方の対応も良く、英語が通じない時に日本語のわかる方に電話に繋いで頂いたのは助かりました。問題は２日目から3人宿泊しているのにバスタオルが2枚、普通のタオルが1枚しか無かったのは良く無かったですが、受付の方に伝えたら足りない分を届けてくださいました。また、朝食は最高に種類やメニューが豊富で大満足でした。サーファーズパラダイスに行く友人がいたら是非すすめたいホテルです。ありがとうございました。
