great pool and location close to surfers paradise without the mayhem

very good location good carparking the room reception pool area all very clean. The indoor and outdoor pools were very good. Unfortunately, the gym equipment was missing several attachments. Also the restuarant is only open very limited times same as the bar so you have to walk to the Marriot to get a decent coffee in saying that the staff are great and room was comfy

Stayed in room 1602B Very out dated, fridge, furniture, old fan in wardrobe, not cleaned, unhygienic. Very basic budget hotel Would not stay again. Reception did offer another room, again the same just on another floor, there is nothing resort about this hotel

Good location good facilities basketball court tennis court, lots of pools, we were on the 23rd floor 3 bedroom was huge space for our family of 5, good facilities in apartments too washing machine dryer oven microwave etc. very good wifi, car park included was good

Uncomfortable and noisy

I stayed three nights, opting to save a few dollars on this business trip because the reviews and pictures looked okay, and the conference was just around the corner. Unfortunately, I regret it. The main issues were: 1) the best was two single beds stuck together and terribly uncomfortable as it has a ridge in the middle; 2) the noise from the highway, despite being 8 floors up was too much to sleep through from around 3:30 am; 3) the shade to cover the window in the shower was disgusting; and 4) on the first day the shower screen completely fell apart and I had to catch it before it smashed and reassemble it. Lastly, this is a giant hotel, that would have probably been at around 20% occupancy at best, however, I wasn't allowed to check in a few hours early. I suggest to avoid this hotel.

Enjoyable stay. 3rd floor was a little noisy due to the traffic. We stayed in 308B. The only complaint is when I got off the lift some guy almost hit me as he was riding an electric scooter coming from the left hand side of the floor which I reported to the front desk. We will stay there again but will book a higher level if possible
