Had the best stay here. Room was huge with fabulous view of the ocean. Room 416. Everything new and clean. Lots of body wash, shampoo etc to use. Taylor welcomed us when we checked in, lovely girl. Lift from the free carparking spot to our floor. Beautiful buffet breakfast with so much variety. Great to walk on the covered walkway to the Twin Towns Club without going outside. Great selection of reasonably priced restaurants. Become a member to get discounts off your food and drink. Would definitely go back again. 👍

Enjoyed our stay at Mantra Tweed Heads with excellent on-site breakfast restaurant and easy under cover access to Twin Towns restaurants and convention centre - one bed apartment king bed good size with double balcony looking out to ocean. Two pools - indoor heated, outdoor heated spa and outdoor pool, undercover car park.

We stayed for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment in the harbour tower. Very ordinary room, bed worn and soft, kitchen extremely compact with no bench space. Requested a late check out which was declined even though an ACCOR member, housekeeping entering room before 10am , not happy. Only good thing here is the lap pool, but many hotels in the area have lap pools. Will stay elsewhere next time.

This hotel is designed for the retired who want to stay on the Gold Coast. Adequate room, some limited catering capability in the room, balcony overlooking the strip mall and beach. Characterless. No help with luggage on arrival or departure. One of two lifts not working (and this is a tower block hotel). Situated on the NSW / Queensland border so watch out for changes in time zone within a few metres. Coolangatta to be avoided out of season - restaurants closed. Glad we only had to stay 1 night.

I requested a room with view - and that was provided and was very lovely for my stay.

The equipment and room facilities provided were good, had a room with a lovely view as requested when booking. Would have liked a bath in the bathroom and a separate shower, however the bathroom facilities were sufficient for my needs.
