Regarding the condition of the room, we do have varying standards due to the different ownerships of the apartments, and we are continuously working with owners to encourage upgrades where necessary. However, the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you raised—like the air vents and light fixtures—are absolutely unacceptable. Did you happen to report these issues to reception during your stay? We always want to ensure that guests are comfortable, and we would have been happy to either address the issues or offer a room move had we known. I’d like to clarify that the images of rooms on our website represent the standard and layout of the apartment types available, but as you mentioned, due to individual ownership, there can be differences in décor. I will also pass your comments regarding the gym and sauna access on to our team for review, as we aim to streamline these processes wherever possible.
