We stayed at The Mantra as a family for a week during Christmas and on a stopover on the way home. The staff were incredible and gave us access to our room early after an overnight flight (we have 4 kids) and were a delight to deal with.

海が見える部屋にしたら、本当に素敵な3日間になりました。早朝に到着する飛行機でしたが、アーリーチェックインさせてもらい、とても助かりました！バルコニーからの街の喧騒、星空、鳥のさえずり、全て素晴らしかったです。マーケット、酒屋、クルーズもヘリポートもディナーもカジノも、駅まで全て楽しみながら歩ける徒歩圏内。室内でのカトラリーも十分でした（部屋着、簡単な洗面道具以外は揃っています）。バーベキューシステムは故障していました。それ以外は本当に素敵なケアンズの3日間を提供してくれました。日本語スタッフはいませんでしたが、わかりやすい英語で丁寧な対応をして頂きました。今度ケアンズに来ることがあってもここを選びます。

This is supposed to be a hotel but they won't "service" your room on a five-day stay and couldn't remember simple instructions (e.g. I want my towels changed every day - "you'll have to ring reception and ask for that each day" and when I did - they didn't. I had to go to reception and get the towels myself). This is very poor for such a business.
