The room was small being a hotel room but adequate for a short stay Pool area large and spacious with lots of chairs. The shower was pretty tight but bathroom generally quite good. A good sized balcony allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Loved our stay the location is the best you have the worlds voted # 1 beach at the front of the resort. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance but our favourite had to be Vivo. Apartments are fully self contained with everything you will need. Our apartment was a little dated but didn’t affect our stay at all.

Perfect location. Beautiful big pool with immaculate gardens and surrounds Ocean view apartment was grand in proportion, very comfortable and clean with some of the best views in palm cove. All rooms have a nice outlook whether it be of the beach or the pool and surrounds. Everything is within a strolls walking distance. Great restaurants very close including Vivo, Kushi and NuNu. ( all superb) plus gelato and coffee options right at your door, but it wasn’t noisy. We hired a car and there was ample off street parking. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a family of four with two young children. We had a great time, the apartment was big and family friendly for the ages of our kids (3&6). The pool was huge and there were plenty of umbrellas and sun lounges. The only issue we had was that the pool was that it was very warm water and not refreshing in the NQLD summer heat. This would stop our family from staying again unfortunaltely. The mantra is located right on the esplanade and easy walking distance to all the important things such as coffee and ice cream!

Dear unitys, It was great to read your recent feedback and knowing that you have enjoyed your stay. The idea of a pool shade sail has been discussed with the Body Corporate but, due to the impact such a structure would have to the overall aesthetics of the pool area, it was decided not to invest in it. Location is lovely and grounds very well kept, but room wasn’t worth the expense. Broken toilet, broken bathroom fan, dusty blinds. And I understand there’s no room service, but rooms should be stocked for the duration of the booked stay. Repeatedly returning to reception to ask for a second roll of toilet paper, a fresh towel, or a new bin bag takes the shine off. Certainly not 4 stars - I’d just use a motel next time.

Dear Thomas, Thank you very much for taking the time and sending me your feedback. I am so sorry to read that we were not able to live up to your expectations. Mantra Amphora has operated with un-serviced rates for quite some time where the units are fully stocked at arrival and additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost. It was decided then that any additional supplies for the room are provided free of charge via reception if needed. A system that is welcomed by the majority of our guests, but I understand your disappointment if you have not been made aware at the time of booking so that the choice would have been yours. Please accept my sincere apologies for the shortfall s you have experienced during your stay with us and I hope that we are able to welcome you back to Palm Cove in the near future Kind Regards Chris and Team
