Great clean friendly stay. Staff were super helpful. Family friendly area and very nice rooms. Plenty of pool facilities.

Well located, apartments need some maintenance e done as getting run down ( shower doors , balcony doors don’t work properly. Cooking utensils are broken need replaced. Mould in showers, top blankets not clean. Like the complex but needs work done

Great complex, location awesome. Needs a lot of work done in the apartment we stayed at shower/ balcony doors don’t work properly. Mould in showers, top blankets were not clean. Cooking utensils ( broken handles or need replaced) Wi Fi didn’t work all the time keep cutting off. We would go back if these things were fix or replaced

160 3 bedroom units resort close to brach & Pacific Fair Mall, (Resort units mainly owned by investors managed thru Accor group.) PROS ---secure gated resort with parking for one car per unit, - self contained units with kitchen, sitting room/dining area. - resort has own pool, BBQ area , play area for children. - Room servicing staff were friendly and helpful. CONS: - Manager lives on site, office closes abt 5pm so late check in etc needs to be arranged before hand.. after hours use intercom to check in and get to yr unit. - staff could be more 'user friendly' - my unit had heavy smoke smell, blankets also smelt.. shower had mould . sitting room double ranch slider door lock needed repairs. .... SUGGEST: - Office could print essential docs (at cost), - Check in and check out should include "welcome letter" and "Thank you for coming etc with check out invoice"
