Location & lovely friendly staff. Underground parking was great. We were able to get discounted rates on the room & parking as we are Accor members. It was a last minute booking after a disaster booking at another apartment in parramatta. Our room was clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable, there isnt much softness left. They could do with an update. Loved our stay & will be back.

no complaints. staff are friendly and helpful. just a heads up, decided on a lovely hot bubbly spa but after an hour of attempts my husband almost had to call 000 for assistance to help me out. no hand rails or steps provided making it very difficult for an elderly person.i will definitely return to your hotel in the future, just give the spa a miss.

Upon arrival we were greeted by such friendly and helpful staff.Our room was so roomy with cooking facilities to be able to cook a light meal.The room was clean with a lounge area and a small balcony.Down stairs is a nice restaurant that serves very great meals in a nice atmosphere

unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The cleanliness of the property was far below standard. The carpets were visibly dirty, the corridors had an unpleasant smell, and the blinds in the bedroom were dusty and unkempt. The towels and bedding were of poor quality, which added to the discomfort. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the entire property felt outdated and in need of a refresh. The location is convenient, being very close to the train station, and there’s decent shopping nearby, but these positives were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight. However, the checkout time of 10:00 AM felt unnecessarily early. A later time, such as 11:00 AM, would have been much more convenient. Overall, while the staff were pleasant and the location was practical, the lack of cleanliness and outdated facilities made for an uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

The staff were great but for some reason our late check out wasn't in the system so the phone call was annoying - also have to point out that the Spa reset button is positioned so far away from the spa and it is very awkward to climb out of given the fact that there are limited steps - I ended up with a bruise below my knee from getting in and out a few times - I'm 54 so I'd hate to see older people - who really need that spa feeling - getting in and out
