ルームキーピーングを依頼したが、グラスは新しいものに交換されず、洗面台で洗ったような形跡があり、洗面台に濡れたまま放置されていた。 バスタブ付きの部屋で予約をしていたのに、付いておらず、フロントに問い合わせても調べる素振りもなく満室なため対応不可と言われた。予約人数分のアメニティ、タオルが設備されておらず不足分を受け取りにフロントへ行くと部屋に持って行くと言われたがいつまで経っても来ない。 サーファーズパラダイスからも近く立地は素晴らしいのにサービスが残念。

Follow up my last year review . Nothing much has changed . It is mainly the convinient location and a brilliant friendly manager Lorrele otherwise the breafast bar has not improved at all if not worse while the price has gone up again ! Accor privillages are declining gradually towards complete withdrawal sooner or later ! Total rating should be 3.5 maximum

We have stayed at this hotel on and off since 2022, and while the hotel has always had its downsides, we still valued the comfort, cleanliness and location, so were willing to ignore little quirks. After our recent stay here during December 2025, we have resolved to not return to this hotel. Every single night since we have been here we have been kept awake all night by rude, noisy guests yelling, playing loud music, slamming doors as if the doors have somehow personally wronged them, and yelling obscenities in the halls. Reception says "report it", but how does one report it when every time you call down to reception no one answers and the phone just rings out? The couple of times we did manage to get through, security just came up, lightly tapped on the noisy guest's door and very timidly asked them to keep the noise down. That's not action. It appears that this hotel is marketing itself, and pricing itself, to a specific type of clientele which, quite frankly, should not be synonymous with the Accor brand, and certainly not the Novotel brand. The kind of antics we have put up with during our stay are the kind I would expect to encounter at some bogan backpacker joint. After many mostly positive stays over the years, this has been a deal breaker, and we will not be back.
