Very average hotel. The rooms are simple and uninviting. The pool on L5 is small and can get crowded. Noone maintains it, it was rubbish on the floor around the tables and lounge chairs. The location is central, parking is undereground at cost

Great location, but the room's sound proofing is very poor, we could not sleep as we can hear loudly the music from outside and people screaming from the slingshot even with tv loudest sound, all those sound stop at 3.59 am. That has happened 2 nights in row. We approached the front desk and they claimed that is normal, how you can have a good rest with those loud noise!

The hotel has a great location and we booked an ocean view room and we're put on the 26th floor which had great views. The room was comfortable and clean but a little dated,as others have stated the lifts can be a nightmare and 1 was out of order our entire stay. Don't waste your money on breakfast as this was the worst we have ever encountered worldwide in a Novotel it was like a school canteen with limited choice and a 30 minutes wait for an omelet even though we had pre payed for it we did not bother our last 2 days and eat elsewhere

Got middle ear infections from pool some of the bar staff were rude rooms were good breakfast good location good noise of night club below was terrible did not stop to 3.10am overall average bar was not good pizza I get on first night was not good
